The GSA is
the Executive Council of graduate student
representatives, one from each academic department offering graduate
degree programs. The Council meets every other week to make decisions
to guide GSA policies and activities, and the meetings are open to any
interested graduate students. Funding for the association is currently
set by the ASCSM, and the annual budget represents a significant
portion of graduate student fees allocated to student activities.
Six officers
are elected to the GSA Executive Council
each spring semester. Terms last for one calendar year. They are
President, V.P. of International Students, V.P. of Communications,
Social Chair, Academic Chair, and Treasurer. Click here

GSA provides
laptops and a LCD projector for graduate
students to reserve and check-out as needed for presentations. The
front desk of the Computing Center handles the reservations and
check-out of our equipment. Simply tell them that you're a graduate
student and you wish to reserve GSA equipment.
